Sales Associate

Responsibilities

  • Attend to clients in-store as well as remotely according to company and brand standards
  • Sell merchandise with a positive approach while applying company and brand sales techniques and knowledge
  • Provide a high level of service and create a luxury and memorable experience for the Customer
  • Clienteling- Follow up with client and continue to build and maintain a relationship when possible
  • Engage with client to get to know them while properly completing the Customer Information Form for each sales transaction
  • Correctly accept form of payment from the client and prepare all paperwork for the POS
  • Assist colleagues in any way in order to complete sales and satisfy client needs
  • Take initiative to do industry and brand research not only for brands that the company carries but also competitor or upcoming brands
  • Assist in taking inventory of merchandise and supplies in the store as well as setting up and breaking down of the store each day
  • Control quality and condition of merchandise at all times, while replacing any watch straps or batteries as needed and immediately reporting any losses or damages
  • Make recommendations to store management and/or buyers regarding merchandise needs
  • Work towards daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Acquire knowledge on statistics tracked by the company: e.g. Average Sales, Items Per Sale, Conversion Ratio. Understand the importance of these statistics for the improvement of own performance and the performance of the Store
  • Analyze own statistics in order to discuss these with store management in coaching conversations
  • Be aware of hotel occupancy statistics and/or any ongoing or upcoming activity within the hotels and/or shopping malls
  • Always maintain Company security procedures regarding the Store, the merchandise, the personnel and the sales transactions
  • Assist in upkeep and presentation in the store, including visual merchandising requirements of each brand and holiday displays
  • Attend to vendors in accordance with company policies and procedures. This includes going out to lunch and/or dinner with vendors upon request by the company
  • Actively participate in store and company meetings
  • Be proactive in brand trainings and apply acquired knowledge towards improvement of own daily performance and that of colleagues

IT Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Systems management and maintenance
  • Maintain network infrastructure
  • Apply Cyber Security best practices
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to all personnel
  • Install and troubleshoot various software in use within the company
  • Continuously assess and improve all systems and processes within the company
  • Give trainings on computer related matter to all personnel

Qualifications

  • In possession of high school diploma
  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar IT role
  • Knowledge of Networking Infrastructures
  • Knowledge of Cyber Security Principles
  • Proficient in Windows and Linux Systems
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Broad knowledge of various other technologies (incl. SQL Databases, ERP Systems, POS Systems, Cloud Computing, Virtualization)
  • Well organized, accurate, able to prioritize, able to work under pressure
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.

Cartier Boutique Manager

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Achieve and/or exceed Sales Plans and lead business development initiatives

  • Drive sales team to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
  • Maximize business opportunities by creating synergies and efficiency throughout the entire boutique across all floors
  • Responsible for defining and implementing the business development strategy for High Jewelry
  • Collaborate with all Corporate Departments (i.e. visual merchandising, merchandising, marketing, etc.) and communicate to Brand Executives to leverage business analysis and opportunities
  • Develop a strong knowledge of the boutique business and assess local market opportunities to implement a proactive and effective sales strategy
  • Partner with the Client Experience Director to implement CRM strategies to improve new client acquisition and loyal client retention
  • Actively promote networking activities including client events

Manage and develop team

  • Motivate and support the overall sales staff, including a team of managers
  • Communicate strategic brand focuses to management team
  • Regularly conduct team meetings, ensuring that staff is aware of the targets and client experience best practices
  • Coaching and training strategy for the sales team
  • Lead the performance management process through regularly scheduled individual meetings with the Salon Managers and High Jewelry team including biannual performance review
  • Assess potential and propose development opportunities in partnership with boutique management and HR
  • Responsible for creating a positive and united work environment amongst all staff

Ensure exceptional client experience and develop client relationships

  • Partner with Salon Managers to ensure that the teams are consistently providing an exceptional client experience and maintaining the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism
  • Partner with Salon Managers and to ensure development of long term client relationships resulting in increased business opportunities
  • Model luxury experience behavior and maintain a regular presence on the floor

Operational support

  • Support boutique management with boutique controllable operating expenses: monitoring, analysis and action plan recommendations in order to optimize controllable costs
  • Partner with Operations Manager and Salon Managers to ensure fluidity of operations
  • Daily set up and break down of boutique for opening/closing, as needed

Knowledge and compliance

  • Possess deep understanding and knowledge of brand and full range of all products and services to convey Cartier heritage and values
  • Promote the implementation of new technology based service tools
  • Understand and comply with Cartier security and operational procedures (i.e. product handling, inventory control, etc.)
  • Possess a full understanding of the relevant marketplace and client demographic

Brand Ambassador

  • Uphold Cartier image by maintaining professional demeanor at all times and be an Ambassador for the Brand

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business related field is a plus
  • Additional language skills (Spanish, Papiamento, Dutch) are a plus
  • A minimum of 8 years of management, especially in the field of luxury retail or hospitality
  • Must be available to work retail hours including weekends
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail store environment
  • Flexible mindset with the ability to embrace changes
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills required
  • Proactive approach to analyzing business and human resource needs.
